About the team
- The Global Executive Marketing team creates experiences for the executive audience that build advocacy and trust, strengthen relationships, and generate revenue. We understand the executive audience and create content and experiences to programmatically reach them. Helps Stripe attract, grow, and retain strategic users.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Work with Executive Briefing Managers and cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Stripe executive leadership).
- Develop executive-facing briefing materials that educate and inspire customers.
- Curate account-specific insights and research into tailored presentation content for various industries, business models, geographies.
- Partner with Stripe leaders and teams to create/repurpose narratives and visual content for executive briefings.
- Develop bespoke content aligned with Stripe’s brand communicating solutions to executive buyers globally.
- Gather feedback from EBC team to refine content strategy.
- Present on content resonance and learnings to stakeholders.
- Measure, monitor, and improve program approaches using industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities to scale initiatives across executive engagement programs.
Requirements (Minimum)
- 7+ years of account planning or account strategy experience.
- Strong storytelling or pitch deck creation skills; translate business objectives into solution-oriented recommendations.
- Experience synthesizing multiple information sources into narratives/content for products/solutions/industries/audiences.
- Experience with complex technical products.
- Ability to write effective copy; graphic design skills a plus.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, Marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business or related field (or 5+ years customer-facing B2B sales/marketing experience).
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, communication (written/verbal), analytical skills.
- Strong project/stakeholder management skills; ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in executive briefing or sales enablement roles.
- Experience in visual storytelling (presentations, videos, blogs, webpages).
- Experience managing a creative agency.
Benefits:
- Annual salary range for primary location: £80,600 - £120,800 (may vary by location). For sales roles: On Target Earnings includes commissions/bonuses plus base salary. Salary range may cover several career levels; narrowed during interview based on experience/location. Applicants outside primary location can request salary range during interview process. Benefits/additional compensation may include equity; company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; wellness stipends.
