JD/member of California Bar good standing; 8+ years law firm/in-house experience including commercial agreements DPAs IP training; Passion partnering with Sales closing revenue deals; Experience drafting/negotiating complex enterprise SaaS/data processing agreements; Clear communication translating legal concepts for non-lawyers; Collaborative low-ego roll-up-your-sleeves attitude across orgs; Deep interest in AI generative AI machine learning tech/apps.

Base salary range $252000—$315000 USD (San Francisco); Compensation includes base salary equity benefits health/dental/vision retirement learning & development stipend generous PTO possible commuter stipend.
