Requirements
- 5+ years experience in lifecycle, CRM, and/or email marketing at a SaaS or product-led company - Strong grasp of multiple types of user journeys and lifecycle stages across activation, engagement, monetization, and retention - Proven ability to build and optimize lifecycle campaigns - Experience building journeys across multiple channels (in-app, push, SMS, etc.) - Comfort with testing, segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers - Experience partnering with product, design, content, and growth teams to drive meaningful lifecycle outcomes - Ability to write and QA customer-facing messaging with empathy, clarity, and a human voice - Data-driven mindset — you're comfortable analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities - Self-directed, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced async remote team
