AppFollow is an App review management and ASO platform aimed at easing routines of app developers, product managers, marketing teams, customer support, etc. It helps gather and manage app and game data, increase app average rating, improve app store rankings, and enhance user loyalty. Role Summary includes developing and optimizing product functionality, automating user interaction with customer reviews, supporting systems for insights from customer data, contributing to AI-management technologies, supporting APIs for core data entities, designing scalable codebase, collaborating on system architecture and deployment.

5+ years software development experience in backend; 3+ years asyncio experience in Python; Proficiency in FastAPI; Strong SQL skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL); Experience with ORM frameworks (preferably SQLAlchemy); Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB); Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka); Unit testing using Pytest; Upper intermediate English proficiency; Preferred: ML projects (NLP with LLMs), integrating big LLMs (assistants development), vector storage databases, data processing pipelines (Airflow, Prefect), cloud services (AWS), R&D projects.
