Experience with collaborative/multi-user product features considering data consistency and UX. Fluent with modern AI tools for debugging/documenting/exploring ideas/reducing manual effort. Focus on performance, scale, clean abstractions with pragmatic measurement/improvement. Influenced engineering culture through code reviews/mentoring/leadership.
