HashiCorp, an IBM company, is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities to and with partners in the EMEA region. In this role you will work to enable existing IBM partners to effectively evangelize HashiCorp solutions and bring new partners into the ecosystem. You will also design and execute repeatable marketing programs in partnership with your global counterparts. This role reports directly to the Director of Field Marketing EMEA working closely with EMEA sales leadership and broader marketing organization.

6–8 years of field marketing / demand generation experience ideally in enterprise software or cloud infrastructure with at least 3–4 years working directly with partners; Proven ability collaborating with sales teams translating business needs into actionable marketing programs; Experience marketing enterprise technology buyers understanding buyer journeys regional nuances across EMEA; Strong background planning executing physical virtual events partner campaigns; Highly organized self-starter mindset excellent project management communication skills; Familiarity Salesforce Marketo marketing automation platforms analytics tools; Fluent English; Willingness travel within region (~10–20%) periodic travel US (~2–3x per year); Preferred: Experience marketing DevOps platform teams infrastructure security personas; Familiarity HashiCorp tools open-source developer tools; MBA plus.
