This is a unique role requiring product management experience and preference for working with customers rather than defining requirements or guiding development work.

Our Customer Success team is an all-remote group spread across multiple time zones working closely with customers.

Responsibilities include guiding organizations in innovation/software building processes,
delivering responsive customer service using proven frameworks,
guiding customers through subscription procurement/legal/security processes,
and mentoring newer team members.

Requirements
Six+ years' experience defining/managing/launching new functionality at growing software company;
influenced go-to-market processes;
wrote clear instructions explaining best practices;
independently resolved challenges.
