Starling Medical is building the first clinically-backed, at-home urine analysis platform designed to support patients with chronic health conditions. Their mini spectrophotometer device sits in the front of the toilet bowl and scans urine mid-stream to track meaningful urine characteristics every time a person uses the bathroom. They offer a UTI prevention program and are involved in various clinical studies. Starling Medical won the Digital Health Innovation Award in the Home Diagnostic Rising Star category at HLTH 2025.
