Position Overview:

  • Work directly with the broader Sales team to position PiinPoint for success and fuel outbound and inbound sales efforts.
  • Execute outbound sales plans, support inbound lead qualification programs, interact with customers, test new ideas.
  • Drive the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Use prospecting and research tools; coordinate with reps to qualify prospects for SQL opportunities; prepare and book pitch meetings.
  • Innovate and improve sales development process.
  • Conduct sales development best practices via email, phone, social drips using enablement technology.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on prospect communication plans.
  • Develop/refine calling scripts and identify collateral needs for prospecting.
  • Work internally to ensure quality and quantity of product demonstrations.

Qualifications:

Experience & Background

  • 1+ year in junior sales development role at high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record hitting aggressive SQL pipeline targets and working with Account Executives to close deals.
  • Success in lead generation via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, inbound follow-up; meeting SQL targets consistently (target volume of at least 250 leads/week with up to 20% meeting conversion).
  • Familiarity with developing/outbound lead generation tactics.
  • Expertise in sales tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, Apollo, Sales Navigator.
  • Analytical thinker comfortable with data analysis to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong professional communicator experienced in creating sales content.
