The role of Account Executive, EMEA involves growing the customer base of developer-first startups by managing full-cycle sales, partnering cross-functionally for onboarding, and defining modern sales at Supabase. The position is remote (Europe), full-time in the Growth department. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Running technical discovery and aligning on business outcomes
- Partnering with Sales Engineers and Product to demo capabilities
- Educating customers on how Supabase fits into their stack
- Building pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets
Candidate requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in a similar technical sales role
- Strong understanding of developer workflows or infrastructure products
- Ability to run a creative, value-driven sales process
- Comfortable talking to founders, engineers, and technical buyers
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
