Your Impact
- Work with Fleetio’s largest prospects and well-known brands with fleets over 1,000 vehicles.
- Develop strategic territory business plans to source and close net new logos.
- Navigate complex organizational structures involving executive sponsors, champions, and buyers.
- Research customer business objectives and perform value-driven sales cycles.
- Collaborate internally to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
- Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets using a metric-based approach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings.
- Provide input to Product Management, Customer Success, Account Management teams.
- Create ROI and business justification reports based on data-driven approaches.
- Run tight POCs based on business success criteria.
Your Experience
- 5+ years successfully closing Enterprise deals of $150k+.
- 5+ years carrying a $1 million+ quota.
- High proficiency selling SaaS and cloud-based solutions to enterprise customers.
- Proven experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives.
- Track record of building direct customer strategies across departments.
- Examples of closing complex deals in complex organizations.
- Ability to learn, pitch, demonstrate technical products; adapt in fast-growing environments.
- Use repeatable methods for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building new territories.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners: Solutions Engineers, Sales Development Reps, Project Managers, Executives, Customer Experience leaders.

- Domain expertise in fleet management.
- Experience selling in transportation, logistics, or construction industries.
