About the team
The UK Enterprise TTH sales team works with our largest users in the Travel, Ticketing and Hospitality industries. Market leaders using Stripe include Accor Group, IHG, SeatGeek & Hertz. The role targets net new Enterprise businesses from a named account list of some of the largest UK TTH companies.
What youll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and launching payment streams on Stripe.
Responsibilities
- Work with new and existing customers to develop and execute long-term sales strategies to expand Stripes revenue.
- Own full sales cycle: business case development, deal structuring, negotiating, closing.
- Own a named account list; develop account plans for winning and expanding business with high growth technology companies.
- Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
- Drive deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals.
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders within your book of business.
- Account mapping and coordinating effective meetings with external stakeholders.
- Lead and contribute to team projects to refine sales process and shape sales culture.
Who you are
Minimum requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably selling highly technical products to enterprise customers, with top performance track record.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
- Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations.
- Strong interpersonal skills internally and externally.
- Strong presentation skills for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in technology with deep understanding of the space.
Preferred requirements
- Prior experience working in the payment industry.
- Prior experience selling into Travel, Ticketing and Hospitality companies.
- Track record of closing complex seven figure+ Enterprise deals.
In-office expectations
Office-assigned employees are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in their local office or with users. This may vary by role, team, location.
Pay and benefits
Annual salary range: 3,400 - 45,000 (On Target Earnings including base salary plus commissions/bonuses). Range may vary by location. Benefits may include equity, company bonus or commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; wellness stipends.
