Who We Need
Rillet seeks an exceptional Account Executive Manager to build and lead a high-performance sales team during growth. This player-coach role requires experience managing Account Executives selling complex B2B software to finance or operational buyers. The candidate should have strong sales judgment, disciplined pipeline and forecasting management, coaching philosophy for excellence, comfort with deal strategy details and cross-functional partnership with Marketing, RevOps, Product. The role requires in-person collaboration in NYC or San Francisco offices (hybrid work with required in-office days).
What You’ll Do
- Manage and develop a team of 5–10 Account Executives
- Run weekly pipeline reviews and forecast calls
- Coach reps on discovery, points of view (POVs), deal strategy
- Partner with Sales Engineering leadership on demo/workflow alignment
- Collaborate on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), segmentation, pricing refinement
- Hire and ramp new AEs as organization scales
- Establish consistent execution rhythms for a young AE team
Who We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years total sales experience with 2–5 years management experience
- Experience managing AEs in technical/complex SaaS environments
- Strong coaching and talent development skills
- Comfortable in ambiguous early-stage GTM environments
- Self-starter mindset
- Strong forecasting and pipeline governance skills
- Experience partnering with technical pre-sales teams
- Operationally structured with attention to detail
- Clear communicator with strong narrative instincts
