Role Summary (Account Executive - West Coast)

  • Fully remote role requiring West Coast hours (Pacific Time), with preference for candidates located on the West Coast.
  • Responsible for driving revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Engage internally with Doppler teams and externally with users to improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Build the sales playbook for future team members.
  • Address prospect pain points and clearly convey Doppler's value.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Engineering on GTM initiatives and product launches.

Team

  • Small sales organization with strong process discipline using MEDDPICC methodology.
  • CRM hygiene expected; performance closely tracked.
  • Collaborative environment with low ego focused on continuous improvement.
