The Imaging Team powers an advanced cancer screening platform offering AI-driven MRI scans across 13 organs at 180+ imaging facilities in 150+ cities in the US and abroad. The team is scaling rapidly as part of the company's growth. Role: As Account Manager, Regional Partnerships on the Imaging Team, you will be the strategic and operational leader for your assigned region. You will own partner imaging centers' success and operational health, drive partner performance, cultivate relationships, and ensure exceptional member experience throughout their screening journey. You will support the Head of Partnerships on strategic expansion efforts. Key Responsibilities: Regional Management and Partner Ownership
- Own success and operational excellence of your region; ensure partners deliver exceptional experiences.
- Cultivate deep relationships with key contacts at partner sites via regular communication and minimum two in-person visits per year.
- Lead localized marketing events with marketing team to drive brand awareness and member growth.
- Act as connection point with key stakeholders including OEM representatives.
- Monitor partner performance through data analysis and outreach; intervene proactively to resolve issues.
Partnership Expansion Support
- Assist Head of Partnerships in identifying/evaluating new partnership opportunities.
- Support due diligence for potential new partners as network scales.
Data and Reporting
- Maintain CRM records in Salesforce; build tracking systems for regional performance.
- Contribute to dashboards measuring partner health, member satisfaction, operational metrics.
- Present actionable insights to leadership via clear reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, marketing, member experience teams to resolve challenges.
- Ensure seamless member scheduling, paperwork processing, results delivery.
- Document/systematize scalable processes across region.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 3 years in account management, partnerships or regional operations (preferably healthcare or health tech)
- Proven ability to own/grow partner relationships across distributed territory
- Strong analytical skills; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging partner leadership/internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented; strong organizational/time-management abilities
- Proactive problem-solver with bias toward action/process improvement
- Familiarity with medical or imaging environment is a plus
