Role

The Accounting Manager will own the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of Function Health’s core accounting operations, ensuring our financial foundation remains strong as we grow. You will lead critical components of the monthly close while building the structure, documentation, and controls that enable a high-performing accounting function. As we continue to scale, expand internationally, and increase operational complexity, you will help design and hire the next phase of the accounting team, establish clear workflows and controls, and elevate the function from execution to excellence. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a leader who can operate in the details while building the structure needed to support a fast-growing, multi-product health technology company.

• Own and elevate the month-end close across payroll, cost of sales, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, and consolidations, bringing discipline, accountability, and improved timelines to core processes.
