Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support for this mission-driven nonprofit organization. This role requires professionalism, sound judgment , intelligence, and discretion while supporting leadership, staff, and key organizational functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings
- Serve as a point of contact and gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and communications with professionalism and discretion
- Anticipate administrative needs by planning ahead and supporting workflows proactively
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of trust and integrity
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and track follow-ups
- Arrange travel and lodging, and assist with expense reporting
- Support internal projects, initiatives, and cross-functional workflows
- Communicate effectively with staff, leadership, and external partners
- Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
Qualifications:
