AI产品经理 (AI Product Manager)
Location: Beijing
岗位职责
- 深刻理解一线客户场景，发现真实痛点，独立设定产品目标和实施路径
- 输出高质量需求文档，明确输入/输出/约束/异常/验收标准，确保研发直接落地
- 根据业务目标优先级排序，敢于取舍避免无效需求积压
- 跟踪竞品和行业动态，产出分析报告推动持续的产品策略迭代
- 跨部门协作（研发/业务/运营），推动项目交付并对结果负责
任职要求
- 产品经验2年以上（优秀者1.5年可考虑），本科及以上学历
- 有B2B产品经验，理解ToB SaaS产品
- 基础了解AI产品，包括Agent/工具调用/知识库等新范式
- 较强的逻辑思维与沟通能力，有同理心和判断力
- 大厂背景/双一流高校/ToB SaaS或海外经历优先
