Role Summary The AI Citizen Development Lead will help Sophos scale secure, intelligent, and enterprise-grade business operations through modern AI-powered automation. This role goes beyond traditional workflow automation to design and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, agentic AI patterns, and advanced Power Platform capabilities.
