About the Role:

• Own the deployment of AI from development to real-world results.
• Lead customer deployments end-to-end, turning AI initiatives into live, adopted solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Hands-on, customer-facing role embedded in delivering value at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AI deployments from kickoff to launch.
• Manage project planning, timelines, execution, and delivery for customer implementations.
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, translating business goals into successful AI deployments.
• Deploy and operationalize AI models on Cresta’s platform (including rules-based models, summarization, generative knowledge assistance).
• Drive value realization ensuring deployments deliver measurable results beyond go-live dates.
• Guide customers through all deployment phases maintaining momentum and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
• Anticipate risks and solve problems to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time.

• Customers launch AI solutions that are used and drive real outcomes.
