AI Engagement Manager

Location: New York; Remote; San Francisco

Role Overview

Senior individual contributor working with Runway’s biggest and strategic partners.
Central to partners’ success in adopting Runway to transform content creation.
Requires technical fluency, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

Own and maintain strong relationships with top partners including Fortune 100 companies, Hollywood studios, advertising agencies, technology companies, e-commerce platforms.
Understand partners’ content pain points and propose solutions using Runway.
Identify and prototype new markets and opportunities for products.
Develop deep functional and technical understanding of products and roadmap.
Onboard new partners to platform/API; support long-term expansion and technical use of Runway.
Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, Creative teams to improve product experience.
Analyze, track, and report partnership performance using BI tools and data.

5+ years in customer-facing roles engaging C-level technical audiences in tech, finance, or consulting.
Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions with measurable business outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.
Strong bias towards action; no task is too small.
Track record of rapid prototyping and iterative customer collaboration.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with executives/leaders.
High technical aptitude for complex technologies and systems.
Creative mindset beyond standard checklists/playbooks.
Highly resourceful; able to work autonomously amidst ambiguity.
Nice to have: experience with data tooling/BI systems (SQL, BigQuery, Retool).
Preference for candidates based in New York or San Francisco.
