Your Mission
- Take full ownership of the development and technical implementation of our Android apps (Kotlin & Jetpack Compose)
- Build features that genuinely make users9 lives easier, taking them from idea to launch
- Work closely with the product and engineering team to turn requirements into creative and efficient solutions
- Be involved in the entire development cycle: from concept and testing to user feedback
Your Skillset What you bring to the table
- Several years of experience in Android development with Kotlin and Compose
- Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD processes, and testing
- A keen eye for intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Deep understanding of Flow lifecycle and Operators
- You speak English fluently C1 - German is a plus but not required.

voize is an AI companion purpose-built for nurses, specifically designed for skilled nursing and elder care. It allows nurses and caregivers to speak naturally at the point of care, and voize structures the spoken notes into complete documentation connected directly to existing EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems in real time. It supports offline capabilities, grammar correction, name recognition, and real-time synchronization with EHR systems. The app aims to reduce documentation burden, prevent overtime, ensure accurate reimbursement, and improve caregiver satisfaction by simplifying and speeding up the documentation process.
