About the Team The Operations team manages the worldwide distribution network, authenticates sneakers, fulfills orders, and ensures on-time delivery. The team focuses on technological innovation and logistical efficiency, shipping and processing tens of millions of products globally. In this role, you will:

Understand daily operational and strategic goals; proactively identify risks or issues that could hinder goal achievement
Be responsible for Inventory team outcomes including Shrink KPIs, inventory unit accuracy, process accuracy, and loss prevention
Increase employee engagement by modeling GOAT Group's core values and promoting safety and teamwork culture
Oversee people management and development of the Inventory team: coaching, performance management, training, personnel escalations
Take full ownership of on-hand products in physical and systematic locations
Use data to analyze business trends, create new processes, and develop network solutions with the Engineering team
Support SOP creation for Quality Control expectations within Inventory
Support creation of 3-6 month visibility for succession planning and headcount needs for Inventory team
Maintain flexibility for additional projects and adapt to evolving processes with a proactive team attitude
Work in a dynamic warehouse environment with heavy equipment

We are looking for:

3+ years leadership experience including training/developing teams of 10+ staff members
Extensive background in high-volume inventory control (2-5 years), preferably in sneaker industry
Advanced knowledge in order fulfillment, fulfillment support, order picking, inbound/outbound mechanisms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, SQL
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to work standing/walking; lift up to 50 lbs
Availability/willingness to work extended hours including weekends/holidays during peak periods
