Job Summary

The role is for an Associate Business Development with 1–3 years of experience to drive revenue through structured sales execution, strong communication, and clear intent. It is a high-impact growth role influencing customer acquisition and revenue outcomes. Responsibilities include driving inbound/outbound sales conversations, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to closure, communicating product value to founders and finance teams, maintaining pipeline hygiene, collaborating with marketing/product teams for GTM improvements, providing market feedback for positioning/messaging refinement, and contributing to growth experiments and revenue strategy.

Requirements

Must Have:

• 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably fintech or B2B)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Demonstrated ability to close deals
• Clear intent to build a career in growth/sales
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment
• Ability to join within 30 days

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of accounting or financial workflows
• Experience in fintech / CA tools / B2B SaaS
• Startup exposure
• Experience handling founders or senior stakeholders
