Associate Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join the Spotify’s Marketing team based in Paris. In this role you will be part of the Consumer Marketing team in the Western Europe region (Belgium, France Luxembourg). The Associate Marketing Manager in France will be responsible for developing and implementing Spotify’s consumer marketing strategy in the region, from planning & execution to reporting. The role will report into the Marketing Lead for Western Europe region. We seek a person proficient in French and English, with brand experience preferably in a global company or creative agency. We’re looking for a creative and culturally attuned Associate Marketing Manager to support our consumer marketing activities. You live and breathe internet culture, and know how to build brand love through digital storytelling. You’re equal parts trend-spotter, community engager, and content curator, with a deep understanding of the platforms where conversations happen. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at collaborating across diverse teams and is deeply committed to shaping culturally resonant initiatives for young music fans to propel Spotify’s business in the country. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Global Marketing Team, Music, PR, Growth and Podcasts, to craft compelling 360 campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and align with our brand vision and KPIs.
Who You'll Do
- Develop and implement creator engagement strategies to target local video-based creators who stand to benefit the most from the Spotify platform
- Help develop a funnel of new podcast talent in market through stakeholder engagement and internal and external advocacy
- Drive partnerships with key video creators and agents, onboarding them to the platform and advocating for the use of Spotify’s suite of creator tools
- Collaborate with teams across Spotify including business development, marketing, analytics, and operations to support partners and add strategic value
- Collaborate in the planning of creator engagement and training programs, and creator events in market
- Be an expert across Spotify’s suite of creator and monetization tools, able to match the right product to each creator’s needs and opportunities
- Use data, insights, and audience trends to inform recommendations and translate analytics into clear, actionable outcomes for partners
What You Are
- You have 4+ years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or a creative agency environment
- You have hands-on experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across social, digital, influencer, and experiential channels
- You are fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both
- You know how to translate global strategy into locally resonant storytelling
- You are comfortable working with performance data and turning insights into clear marketing recommendations
- You understand French cultural codes and stay current with trends shaping Gen Z and digital communities
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- You have experience working in entertainment, media, music, podcast, or tech
- You have managed brand social channels and understand how algorithms influence reach and engagement
- You have experience working with influencers or creator marketing programs
- You have experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- You are proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)

- This role is based in Paris.
