We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts to unlock human-edited dubs, audiobooks, and more in 15+ languages directly on the ElevenLabs platform. As an Audio Engineer, you will:

• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices
• Work on Audio Quality rated labeling projects

Requirements

• 3 6+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions
• Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model
