Role Summary
As a Benefits Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our global team by administering employee leaves and benefits programs and ensuring seamless execution of processes. You will manage benefit enrollments, analyze data for improvements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You Will Do
- Manage employee leave of absence in the U.S. and Canada (FMLA, ADA, disability, state/company leave) ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- They act as the primary contact for employees and collaborate with HR, payroll, and managers to facilitate return-to-work.
- Administration and coordination of employee benefits programs including but not limited to health insurance retirement plans benefits invoices other employee perks.
- Collaborate with insurance providers vendors internal stakeholders to manage benefit enrollment changes terminations accurately within specified deadlines.
- Manage service tickets (JIRA) related to benefit requests from employees managers HR partners.
- Generate reports analyze data identify trends patterns providing insights decision-making process improvement.
- Assist onboarding new employees include orientation benefits enrollment
- Prepare distribute employee communications
- Prepare reports data analysis presentations HR leadership.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years US benefits administration experience including health plans disability plans leave programs ideally managing stakeholders multiple locations supporting highly distributed workforce.
- Familiarity Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills ability manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention detail accuracy handling sensitive employee information.
- Strong verbal written communication skills ability explain complex information clearly concisely.
- Demonstrated ability maintain confidentiality sensitive information.
- Proactive collaborative approach team environment.
In United States base salary ranges $64K-$106K bonus eligibility comprehensive benefits package pay depends on skills location experience education certifications business needs.
