About the Role
As a Brand Designer, you will be the creative engine behind our visual identity, with a heavy focus on Web Design, Digital Campaigns, and Creative Brand Assets. Working closely with the Lead Brand Designer, you will translate complex logistics and e-commerce narratives into high-converting landing pages, bespoke illustrations, and premium physical brand touchpoints. We are looking for a designer who balances a "digital-first" mindset with the artistic ability to create custom icons and brand swag that stands out in the B2B tech space.
Most Important
- 3+ years of experience in Visual Design and Web Design preferably in B2B, e-commerce SaaS, or technology industries.
- Exceptional visual design and artistic communication skills with a strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing campaigns and brand application.
- Mastery proficiency in Figma (for collaboration/design systems) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong ability to quickly grasp and visually translate complex, abstract industry concepts into clear, intuitive graphics and compelling campaign imagery.
- Deep understanding of design principles for digital media, including typography, color theory, grid systems, and image composition.
- Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive marketing projects from initial brief through production.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaign deadlines.
- Self-motivated and hardworking, with a strong sense of accountability and dedication to visual excellence.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Jira to track creative requests and manage design workflows. Experience with After Effects or Lottie to add "delight" through web animations or social video content.
- Expert knowledge of preparing files for physical production (screen printing, large-format event signage, etc.).
