Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Japanese-speaking role located in Japan.
  • Applicants must attach a CV written in Japanese.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Client Strategy Development: Create strategic plans focusing on infrastructure, applications, and automation solutions.
  • IBM Automation Solution Design: Define practical IBM Automation and Cloud solutions enhancing existing technology stacks, emphasizing HashiCorp Terraform, HashiCorp Vault, and RedHat solutions.
  • Proof of Value Delivery: Provide proof of concepts and simplify technical concepts for client understanding.
  • Building Credibility and Trust: Establish credibility and trust to close complex technology deals.
  • Opportunity Progression: Support sales teams with strategic opportunities from discovery to closure; provide consultative advice on Identity related solutions.
  • Technical Advocacy: Act as a trusted technical advisor; articulate business value and ROI for Identity solutions aligned with client objectives.

Required Education

None

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Negotiation level Japanese speaking/writing skills (Japanese CV required).
  • Experience designing, implementing, managing HashiCorp solutions.
  • Experience with IAM tools/systems such as Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping or IBM Identity Solutions.
  • Experience with RedHat Ansible.
  • Excellent communication and project administration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Automation Market Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in the Automation market; training on IBM's Automation offerings will be provided.
