Role Overview

• Complete local product deliveries and warehouse transfers within the state
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers
• Knowledgeable about policies, regulations, and provide excellent customer service
• Part-time position requiring professionalism, cheerfulness, and proactivity
• Experience in customer service preferred; must be punctual, trustworthy, and comfortable delivering valuable products
• Experience operating large vehicles with a clean driving record required

Responsibilities:

• Securely deliver time-sensitive packages to local retailers and facilities
• Load/unload products into vehicles at shift start/end
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections each shift
• Inspect and care for packages in transit; handle company vehicles carefully
• Ensure all paperwork is signed off by customers correctly
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve delivery issues
• Communicate with order support teams for successful deliveries and payment pickups
• Relay customer feedback to management for improvements
• Act as brand ambassador; answer customer questions knowledgeably about Nabis
• Provide highest level of service consistently
• Comply with company security protocols, DOT regulations, NY Department of Cannabis Control regulations, and company policies/procedures

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and customer relation skills
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
• Skilled driver abiding by all traffic rules
• Professional appearance, punctuality, positive attitude, patience, process-driven approach
• Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, twist
• Must be over 21 years old
• 1+ year cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required
• 1+ year customer service/sales/account management experience strongly preferred
• 2+ years occupational driving experience required
• Valid NY driver’s license required during shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $22 per hour, paid weekly.
