About the role As the Business Analyst - Wealth, you will be a critical link between product vision and technical execution for core wealth products (Lending, Funds, Savings). Your mission is to translate business needs into actionable requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver a world-class wealth management experience. Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Definition: Translate product vision into detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Backlog Management & Delivery: Support Product Manager in backlog prioritization; facilitate sprint planning and refinement.
• Process Mapping & Specification: Collaborate with Design and Engineering on user journeys and system workflows; document functional/non-functional specs.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather data, analyze product performance, prepare reports to identify improvements and support decisions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Liaise between Wealth product team, Engineering, Design, Compliance, Finance, and others; ensure clear communication on requirements and timelines.
• Quality Assurance & UAT Support: Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing for new features to meet business requirements and quality standards.

Skills Needed

• 2-4+ years as Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar in financial services.
• Proactive, highly organized with strong ownership; able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest or understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
• Experience or knowledge of traditional financial products (lending, savings, investment/fund products).
• Familiarity with financial regulations (AML, KYC) and compliance importance.
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven product decisions.
• Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills with methodical approach.
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills; able to explain complex ideas clearly to technical/non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail; strong organizational/documentation abilities.
• Ability to identify risks/dependencies in requirements/processes.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements/user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile methodologies/tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a strong plus.
