Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and various lead-generation tools.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective customers and update CRM records regularly.
  • Understand client requirements and assist in proposing suitable solutions.
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to achieve lead-generation targets.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients over calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Good research and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn sales and business development.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or sales prospecting platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
