About the role We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to join our growing fintech sales team. In this role, you will manage and convert qualified inbound leads into active customers for our financial solutions platform, which includes corporate cards, spend management, AP automation, and global payment solutions. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers1educating them, diagnosing their business needs, and guiding them through the onboarding and activation process. This role requires a blend of consultative selling, product knowledge, and the ability to understand financial operations (payments, AP/AR, expense workflows). Responsibilities : Leads Management :

  • Respond promptly and guide inbound deals for new AA conversion
  • Support lead inquiries from web forms, marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and referrals and conduct discovery engagement to understand the prospects business model, workflows, volume, entity structure, financial operations, and pain points.
  • Prioritize high-value deals and engage them with product value propositions.
