What You’ll Do
- Own outbound: email, LinkedIn, calls — whatever it takes
- Work with the founder & AEs to close strategic accounts
- Book meetings with decision-makers in mid-size logistics companies
- Constantly improve scripts, workflows, and tools

Our Interview Process
Step 1: Apply You apply or send us a cold message to `bdr@arnata.com`. Bonus points for including a sample cold email or video pitch. Step 2: Screening Call (15 min) Quick intro with the recruiter or founder. We’re looking for:
- Energy and curiosity
- Clear communication
- Motivation for the role
Step 3: Written Assignment (30–60 min) We’ll give you 2 of the following:
- Write a cold email to a VP of Logistics at a mid-market company
- Write a LinkedIn DM to a supply chain director
- Research a target account and send us your outbound plan
Step 4: Mock Cold Call (15–20 min) You’ll pitch Arnata like you would to a real customer. We’re looking at tone, clarity, adaptability, and grit — not perfection. Step 5: Final Interview (30 min) Live interview with the founder. We’ll go deeper on:
- What drives you
- How you handle rejection
- Where you want to go in your career
Step 6: Reference Check > Offer or Fast Feedback We move fast. You’ll hear from us within 48 hours — either with an offer or honest feedback.
