Job Description
  • The BDR generates qualified leads in defined regions for their assigned sales team.
  • Responsible for all outbound prospecting and inbound activity including phone, chat, and following up on marketing leads.
  • Ideal candidate has a hunter mentality, loves prospecting, thrives on identifying early stage opportunities, and has a never give up attitude.
  • Role is critical to building a strong, qualified, sales-ready pipeline for Percona’s sales team.
  • Native level of French or equivalent is specifically required.

What You Will Do:

  • Create awareness and interest in Percona solutions with prospects.
  • Identify and communicate with key decision makers within prospective accounts.
  • Deliver high-quality phone calls, emails, and social media messaging to meet/exceed monthly goals.
  • Nurture and manage leads until qualified as sales-ready.
  • Set up sales appointments for further discovery.
  • Document all activity in CRM system to ensure high-quality transition to sales team.
  • Use advanced prospecting strategies like LinkedIn social selling, video messaging, account research, custom cadence creation.

What You Have Done:

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years technology sales experience with strong outbound bias.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proven experience building relationships via phone and email.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at high volume pace.
  • Accurate CRM documentation skills.
  • Professional persistence and ability to think on feet.
  • Working knowledge of Google Apps,

Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Qualified etc.

  • Able to work independently and remotely full-time across EMEA time zones.
