• Design and develop enterprise-wide reporting, visualizations, and analytic solutions.
• BI analysts focus on quantitative data analysis balanced with business interests.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of BI solutions under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with BI analyst team on BI development efforts.
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identify trends, monitor business.
• Translate business questions into data-driven analysis.
• Participate in requirements gathering and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Break down business problems into specific data questions.
• Maintain and improve existing reporting solutions.
• Analyze and reconcile data for quality assurance.

Candidate Background Requirements

• Some experience or strong academic background in analytical or data-related role.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau or Power BI).
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL.
• Understanding/experience with automation and leveraging AI.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good English communication skills for clear presentation of findings.
• Analytical, curious mindset with genuine interest in business.
• Willingness to learn new technologies/methods.
• Ability to manage own tasks and proactively flag blockers.

Additional Beneficial Skills

• Exposure to Marketing, Sales, Engineering or Support data/reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle, Salesforce or Eloqua data sources.
• Working knowledge of statistics.
