Business Operations Associate - Fingerprint

Role Summary:

• Reports to VP of Business Operations.
• Advance critical strategic initiatives.
• Work on diverse projects across Product, Engineering, GTM, People, and Finance departments.
• Offers visibility into a hyper-growth startup with opportunity for substantial impact.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Manage goal setting process and monitor progress.
• Define OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Conduct research for leadership decision-making.

High Quality Decision Making & Leadership Alignment

• Ensure employees have access to the right information for better decisions.
• Experiment, analyze, and develop business recommendations.
• Plan and build content for company-wide All-hands and offsites.

Process Improvements & Efficient Operations

• Partner with leaders to adopt company-wide operating system.
• Create processes for knowledge sharing and remote work best practices.
• Become a Notion expert to improve it as Single Source of Truth (SSOT).
• Assist wherever there is critical need.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 6 years experience in management consulting, technology investment banking, venture capital, and/or startup operations.
• Located in US or Canada.
• Exceptional attention to detail; organizational prowess; proactive; rigorous work ethic.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; effective communication with senior leadership.
• Analytical thinker; data-driven decision making track record.
• Quick learner; embraces startup ambiguity; proactive problem solver.
• Curious about AI tools; experiments regularly; helps shape AI adoption in organization.
• Proficient with macOS; comfortable working fully remotely using Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom.

Compensation:

• For US-based employees: $109,000 - $125,000 cash compensation range.
• Final offer depends on location, experience, expertise.
