Job description
As a Business Systems Architect at Tellent, your mission is to translate complex business challenges into robust technical solutions. Joining the DataOps team and partnering closely with RevOps, GTM, G&A, and Product teams, you will design and oversee the technical backbone of our go-to-market stack that powers the full customer lifecycle and drives sustainable growth and operational excellence. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, understanding of how all parts of a SaaS business operate, and hands-on execution. Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the business systems data architecture across our go-to-market stack, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and scalability across multiple CRMs and core SaaS tools.
- Act as the technical owner of almost all parts of the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from website lead capture through sales, onboarding, billing, and renewal 1 ensuring all systems and handoffs work seamlessly.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato, n8n), including monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Serve as the senior technical partner to RevOps, GTM, and G&A teams, translating business requirements into system designs, implementation plans, and production-ready solutions.
