Care Provider - Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counselor
Location: Remote (Australia; Austria; Canada; Chile; China; Colombia; Egypt; Hong Kong; Israel; Italy; Japan; Kenya; Korea, Republic of; Mexico; Morocco; Pakistan; Panama; Portugal; Romania; Singapore; Slovakia; South Africa; Spain; Taiwan; Ukraine; Victoria, Australia; Viet Nam) Employment Type: Full-time MindFi is hiring licensed remote counselors and psychotherapists to provide online therapy and mental health support to clients across the Asia-Pacific and European regions. This is a freelance, fully remote role that lets you deliver care on your own schedule while being part of a mission-driven platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide virtual counseling, psychotherapy, or coaching sessions
- Facilitate support groups and wellness Masterclasses
- Use MindFi’s secure digital platform to connect with diverse clients
- Work with a flexible caseload based on your availability

What You’ll Need:
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active registration/membership with relevant professional licensing bodies (if applicable in country of practice)
- Minimum 3 years of counseling or psychotherapy experience, preferably including online therapy
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Experience in working with EAP clients is preferred but not required
