Channel Partner Marketing Manager

This will be a hybrid role so working between your home office and our Burlington MA headquarters. We can not provide a relocation package at this time, so we ask that candidates already be local to HQ for success. We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven marketer to take charge of global partner marketing initiatives and scale demand through our diverse partner ecosystem, including VARs, MSPs, distributors, digital agencies, and major cloud marketplaces. This position reports directly to the Global Partner Marketing Director and is responsible for leading creative partner engagement efforts and demand generation strategies, mainly across North America, Central and Latin America. Additionally, the role involves creating global frameworks and offering strategic advice to major stakeholders on partner marketing investments. In this role, you will: Global Strategy & Planning
- Lead channel marketing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional execution.
- Develop and maintain global partner marketing frameworks and ensure alignment with global GTM strategy.
- Advise key stakeholders on strategic investments and emerging partner opportunities.
Program Leadership
- Own end-to-end global partner marketing programs, including campaign development, enablement, and portal optimization.
- Collaborate with regional and global product, sales, and campaign teams to develop partner-specific programs, materials, promotions, and other initiatives that support sales goals and encourage both pipeline growth and partner engagement.
- Drive innovation in partner engagement by activating marketplaces (AWS, Azure) and managing co-marketing motions.
- Partner with regional marketing teams and champion best channel marketing practices across the organization.
- Work closely with marketing operations and other relevant teams to identify and implement enhancements on Partner Portal aimed at improving the partners experience.
Performance & Insights
- Monitor program performance metrics regularly; analyze results to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Provide regular reporting on channel marketing effectiveness to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience & Background
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field preferred; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in channel or partner marketing roles within technology or software industries.
- Proven track record managing complex marketing programs across multiple regions.
Technical Skills & Tools
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation platforms (Marketo or HubSpot).
- Familiarity with digital marketplaces such as AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace is highly desirable.

- Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally as needed.
