Role Roadmap:

• Act as CEO’s extension into all business aspects.
• Help prioritize roadmap and coordinate across departments (growth, product, markets, trading, operations).
• Manage partnerships, track KPIs and reporting including board reporting.
• Assist with planning to align roadmap with yearly and quarterly goals.
• Track execution and help COO drive weekly execution against goals.
• Manage recruiting interface with talent team to meet hiring goals.
• Prioritize and plan to ensure no tasks are overlooked.

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing large scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills.
• 4+ years industry experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and discipline (OCD is a plus).
• Passion for markets and prediction markets.
• Bonus: ex-founder or ex-Chief of Staff at a high growth company.

Salary:

• Range: $100,000 to $250,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
