Job Description
Homebase is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join our dynamic and passionate team. This role offers the opportunity to lead, innovate, and shape the future of the company and make a real difference. Joining the team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s technology and product roadmaps;
- Define and implement scalable, efficient, and secure technology architecture and design principles;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive product innovations;
- Oversee the full life cycle of our web and mobile technology products, from design and development to quality assurance and deployment;
- Enhance efficiency by collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, create technical solutions, and deliver quality products;
- Manage and optimize the company’s product infrastructure and operations;
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance for our high-performing team of Engineers;
- Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the team, exploring new technologies and solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
