The Implementation Associate role at Vetcove involves managing large-scale projects that enhance customer experience and streamline processes. This client-facing position acts as the point of contact for external partners throughout project lifecycles and liaises internally between engineering and business teams. The role requires multitasking, organization, attention to detail, time management, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel is required. Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating with teams and stakeholders to set priorities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Developing project plans and timelines.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with CTO and Head of Strategy.
• Providing consistent project updates.
• Assigning tasks based on team members’ strengths.
• Aligning business goals with project prioritization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience managing various projects including partnerships, integrations, and product launches.
• Strong organization, time management, communication skills.
• Experience building roadmaps and timelines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced settings.
• Accountability for deliverables under tight deadlines.

Salary range (typical base pay) is $60,000 - $80,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits (varies by location).
