Role Summary
- Title: Client Success Manager
- Location: Singapore (must be authorized to work in Singapore)
- Reports to: Vice President of Client Success
- Responsible for managing employer relationships from launch through contract renewal across APAC.
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.
- Serve as product expert, strategic consultant, and mental health champion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform functionality and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts as the primary contact.
- Build relationships with Benefit Managers, HR Executives, consultants globally.
- Support sales initiatives representing Customer Success.
- Conduct global account meetings to align customer strategies.
- Partner with US Customer Success Lead for regional consistency.
- Define and execute custom program strategies integrated with client benefits.
- Drive engagement with mental wellness programs; convert clients into champions.
- Act as local contact for product updates and escalations.
- Provide local implementation support alongside US team.
- Deliver tailored Benefit Overview training sessions.
- Lead global QBRs/ABRs and handle reporting requests.
- Use data (Looker, Gainsight, Salesforce) for decision making and storytelling.
- Drive measurable outcomes in engagement, revenue, retention, renewals, expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate client needs.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- 8+ years managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders in B2B tech; employer benefits/healthcare experience preferred.
- Proven success managing 30+ customers including executive sponsors and HR decision-makers.
Language Skills
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
Customer Engagement & Success Skills
- High retention, adoption, renewal, expansion track record.
- Skilled in account strategy development and revenue growth.
- Strong relationship-building and strategic advisory skills.
- Proactive risk identification and resolution skills.
- Negotiation and objection handling expertise.
- Presentation skills for high-profile projects (QBRs/ABRs).
