About the Role
Abacum is hiring a Content & Marketing Operations Manager to be the engine room of our marketing team. This is a hybrid role — part content production, part distribution /ops — designed for someone who can write a competitive blog post in the morning and build a HubSpot workflow in the afternoon. You'll own the systems, analytics, and content operations that keep our marketing machine running. When we say "ops," we don't mean dashboards; we mean the actual plumbing that connects content to pipeline: website updates, email automation, lead routing, AEO/SEO execution, analytics tracking, and content production workflows.
What You'll Own
Content Operations (≈50%)
- Content production: Manage editorial calendar and content pipeline; draft/coordinate with external writers/PMMs/SMEs to produce blog posts/case studies/competitive content/email copy on schedule.
- SEO/AEO execution: Own SEO/AEO execution - publishing optimized content; managing technical SEO updates; building internal links; monitoring rankings.
- Email & lifecycle content: Build/maintain email nurture sequences/newsletter sends/event promotion emails/lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot.
- Content distribution: Ensure every piece of content is properly distributed across channels - social/email/website/partner channels.
Marketing Operations (≈50%)
- Website management: Own Abacum marketing website in Framer; publish new pages; update existing content; manage landing pages for campaigns; coordinate with Design on updates.
- Marketing analytics: Own PostHog (website analytics + A/B testing), Google Analytics 4; maintain dashboards; pull weekly data for demand report.
- Lead routing & scoring: Manage lead routing/scoring rules in HubSpot; ensure leads are correctly assigned/followed up.
- Tracking & attribution: Maintain tracking pixels/scripts for paid media campaigns; ensure accurate attribution/reporting.
- Marketing tools administration: Administer marketing tools stack including HubSpot integrations.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles combining content creation + marketing operations.
- Strong expertise with HubSpot CMS + CRM + Marketing Automation.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as Framer/Webflow/WordPress.
- Experience with analytics tools like PostHog or Google Analytics 4.
- Excellent writing/editing skills plus strong organizational abilities.
