About the role The purpose of this role is to contribute to end-to-end video content production for stock platforms, mockups and product-oriented content, with a primary focus on on-set video execution and active involvement in pre-production and post-production stages. The Content Producer collaborates with production and creative roles to ensure video content is captured, prepared and delivered according to defined creative direction, production requirements and quality standards.

What you'll be doing

On-Set Video Execution

• Execute video shoots in studio and on-location environments.
• Operate cameras, manage lighting setups and handle basic audio requirements as needed.
• Direct models or talent during video shoots to achieve desired visual outcomes.
• Ensure visual consistency and technical quality during video capture.

Shoot Preparation & Support

• Support pre-production planning by contributing to shot lists, execution plans and feasibility discussions.
• Prepare video equipment and setups based on provided briefs and guidelines.
• Review briefs and provide input on execution complexity, timing and on-set requirements.
• Assist in preparing materials and setups to ensure efficient production days.
• Confirm readiness of equipment, locations and materials before production.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with the Photo & Video Producer and Production Lead during productions.
• Align with the Creative Director and Art Lead on creative direction through briefs and guidelines.
• Support post-production workflows through proper handoff, context sharing and review of captured footage.
• Collaborate with Video Editors to clarify intent, priority shots and technical considerations.
• Participate in basic reviews to ensure captured material meets production and quality expectations.

Collaboration & Special Projects

• Support special audiovisual initiatives or cross-platform projects when applicable, within defined scope and priorities.

About you

• Proven experience in professional video shooting; experience producing product and lifestyle video content for stock platforms or commercial catalogs with understanding of reusability, clarity and visual consistency.
• Strong understanding of visual language, composition and storytelling.
• Experience researching and applying audiovisual trends.
• Strong knowledge of camera systems, lighting and on-set workflows.
• Experience directing talent on set.
• Experience working in studio and on-location environments.
• Working knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) to support effective collaboration with post-production roles.
• Familiarity with post-production workflows (handoff and collaboration).
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
