What you'll do:

• Provide strategic guidance and support to customers for successful adoption and optimization of software solutions.
• Partner with product development to identify and define new software features based on industry needs.
• Serve as a primary Accounting & CPG subject matter expert translating complex business processes into product requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies.
• Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation.

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods with expertise in General Accounting, A/R Accounting, Trade Management or Trade Optimization.
• Passion for technology-driven automation and optimization of core CPG functions.
• Trade accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of deductions management workflows and financial statements/accounting principles.
• Competitive and kind personality.

What you can expect:

• $165k to $195k Base Salary
• 0.15% to 0.25% Equity
