What is The Role:

As a Customer Architect at Elastic you will be a trusted advisor to our customers across Israel helping them design solutions that leverage Elastic’s platform to solve their business challenges.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
• Design scalable architectures using Elastic Stack components.
• Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers.
• Advocate best practices for deployment and operations.

What You Bring:

• Strong background in software architecture or engineering.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or similar search technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
