Experience & Background
- Validated experience required; similar roles such as Solutions Architect/Technical Consultant/Pre-sales Engineer preferred; Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Skills & Technologies
- Elastic solutions (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search)
- Elastic stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana
- Cloud-based software solutions (experience preferred)
- Technical Success Plans methodology
- Support tools/processes liaison

- Hands-on technical authority role
- Defining and communicating technical success criteria
- Crafting detailed Technical Success Plans tailored to customer goals
- Aligning technical objectives with customer business goals
- Driving adoption and expansion of solutions

- Customer journey management from onboarding to adoption
- Project management: leading multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines
