Customer Onboarding Specialist

Role Summary:

• Ensure customers fully adopt Fleetio's fleet management and maintenance software.
• Establish rapport with key stakeholders.
• Execute a process-driven onboarding experience.
• Document customer outcomes, provide product training, configure accounts, import data, and roll out the product.

Responsibilities (Your Impact):

• Assess customer goals and business practices for onboarding alignment.
• Track tasks and coordinate with internal staff to meet milestones.
• Measure and track customer onboarding outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Sales to improve customer experience.
• Become a trusted resource on software/productivity trends in fleet management.

Experience Required (Your Experience):

• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role (customer success/support with training or implementation focus).
• Experience with Project Management tool (Gainsight), CRM (Salesforce), Slack.
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable with large data manipulation/import.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to build trust at all customer levels.
• Detail-oriented, precise, thorough, good time management.
• Team player and self-starter capable of autonomous work.
• Empathetic and passionate about helping customers adopt Fleetio.
• Organized; proactive about reducing redundant work.
• Comfortable with change and experimentation.
